1. Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom items unless they are defective or there was an error on our part. Please ensure all customization details are correct before finalizing your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund under the following conditions:
• Proof of damage/defect: You must provide a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number when you contact us.
• Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer to send a replacement, provide a store credit, or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Custom Items
For non-customized products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide you with a return label and instructions.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been produced, we may be able to accommodate your request. For non-custom items, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered production.
